RHODE ISLAND PUBLIC HEALTH ASSOCIATION

The Rhode Island Public Health Association, in partnership with the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) and community collaborators, is proud to present a new series of Cervical Cancer Data Briefs. These briefs provide valuable insights into screening rates, health disparities, and community experiences within Rhode Island’s Health Equity Zone (HEZ) communities.

Highlighting ongoing racial inequities in cervical cancer outcomes, the findings point to opportunities for improving access through culturally responsive outreach, flexible screening options, and supportive services.

We hope these tools are useful in your efforts to advance health equity, reduce disparities, and promote early detection for all Rhode Islanders.
